Now this city has a bright future. I may prefer Cape Coral right now (crime), but much of Florida is booming.

Biggest city in Arkansas' most dynamic region, economically and culturally. But it's a little to the south of its epicenter, which is the area stretching from Fayetteville to Bentonville.

Lawrence, Kan.

Do not know anything about it--never been. But from what I recall (off top of my head) it is part of Beaumont-Port Arthur-Orange metro area in TX.

Definitely a hot and humid summer area near the gulf. Probably decently growing.

Pigeon Forge, TN

It's a touristy town near the Great Smoky Mountains. Great to visit, but not to live.

Again, from the random zip code generator: Ridgecrest, California

One of the early central New Jersey boardwalk cities, which later got casinos in the 1970s to try to shore up investment and tax revenue. Now that casinos are in very many states(and soon also will be, even in Virginia), AC isn't as much of a casino gaming destination as it used to be. And it has some neighborhoods that seem depressed even to this day not far away from the more northern AC casinos, if street view is a hint of what that city probably is like.

Williamstown, Massachusetts

Looked it up, and it seems to be a pretty well off city with an elite college.

Hattiesburg, Mississippi

Home to the University of Southern Mississippi, which has a very nice campus. The city itself is pretty decent overall, though it has some rough areas. Its downtown has decent bones, but doesn't live up to its potential as a college town downtown.

Madison, Mississippi
