I might actually prefer some parts of Colorado Springs to the best of Denver, due to lower costs. However, Downtown Colorado Springs isn't up to par.

Pelham. They both have similar demographics. Sumter, SC?

It looked nice and attractive to me, when I once looked google street viewed this small town. I liked how historic this town is, myself. Not sure if I'd want to live there, though. It seems like Ste. Genevieve would be better to visit, than live in from what I saw on street view of this town. That's my only worry about Ste. Genevieve, is that there wouldn't be a lot of things to do in that town. At least with say a bigger city like Cape Girardeau, it'd have more things to do. And that'd be more my preference(that at least somewhere I live, should have a 4 year college in it), for the smallest size city/town I'd prefer to live in. Maybe just maybe, I could handle living there? As its location isn't too terrible, between St. Louis and Cape Girardeau.

Speaking of smaller sized cities/towns with a 4 year college, and since I knew someone who once went to this college(Earlham): Richmond, IN

A little dangerous for a city that small, but it's very cheap. Not too far from Dayton, Cincinnati, and Indianapolis.

San Luis, AZ

Hot, hot, HOT! Sure, it's a dry heat, but it's still HOT! And did I mention the high temperatures? And yet, my sense of it is that it's a really nice place to live. That is, if you can stand living in an oven.

Juneau, AK.

A piece of old Hawaii, has some lovely Japanese gardens and nearby has rugged and rocky coastline and impressive waterfalls. Not the best climate, its the wet side of the Big Island, always raining with an average of 156 inches a year.

Island of Maui, Hawaii

I went there for my honeymoon in 2016 and had a marvelous time. I thought the island has a great blend of activity, amenities, and diverse landscapes while still having many quiet and serene areas. I was fortunate to be able to see nearly the whole island over a 9-day visit.

I'd visit again if I could, but I could never see myself living there (or any of the other Hawaiian Islands for that matter).

Miami Beach, FL
