I'd go with Lincoln. Nice little city, I've been through there several times. Never been to Boise though.

i see your point with the mountains in the background... but its still a matter of opinion here. i just like raleighs skyline. i dont actually really like mountains in the background for some reason, prefer the sea or a river...
