I'm ranking them by population at their heights. Like during work hours. I'm not ranking them on how many live there. But you can make your own list however you like.
If you're ranking them based on that then Atlanta has to be really high on the list. Atlanta is ranked as one of if not the highest ranked city when it comes to how much it's downtown population swells during the day (to 140,000).

He's never been. He saw the Confederate flag from I-4 and it scared him so much, he turned around and went back to Orlando.
