Seattle wins. In fact, Seattle wins the West Coast for me. San Francisco has its density for sure, but the skyline doesn't do much for me. Kind of bland. Especially considering Seattle is a smaller city - this doesn't even show the whole skyline, and no Mt. Rainier to skew opinions....
Yah, who knows? Bill grew up in Seattle, his parents live there, and his business is there. Kind of hard to just up and move one of the world's biggest companies...however, he COULD have saved the Sonics...kidding of course.

I was unaware of this...hmmm...well, I suppose I just prefer Seattle, but San Fran. would in no way be an unpleasant place to live.
This is probably the most even skyline in the world and the hardest to decide, but I have to say SF, it is just so beautiful, just barely better than SF's.
