My favorite skyscraper in my state is the Wisconsin Gas Building in Downtown Milwaukee. I love the old school Art Deco design and the flame on top tells you what the weather is going to be like. There's even a poem to help you remember what the different colors mean.

When the flame is red, it's warm weather ahead!
When the flame is gold, watch out for cold!
When the flame is blue, there's no change in view!
When there's a flickering flame, expect snow or rain!

Wisconsin Gas Building along with the US Bank Center (the tallest building in Wisconsin).

Wisconsin Gas Building in greater detail.

My favorite skyscraper in our neighboring state of Illinois is the Greek inspired United Airlines Building in Downtown Chicago.

Stunning tower and very unique roof line....is the round circular, flat structure forming the roof, also a functional heli-pad?

Great pictures....I really love the Wisconsin Gas Building, very ornamental and a classic. Here's another of Philadelphia's skyscrapers... BNY Mellon Center (Philadelphia) - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia ......it has a somewhat modern, yet classical look, with a nice roofline;that looks majestic when illuminated at night.

Living in the City of New York, I'm pretty sure you know what my answer is.

I'll guess the Chrysler Building or the new World Trade Center towers 1 and/or 2?

^ I love this shot because these geese are literally always here whenever i'm in this park. XD

I have to say that I really dont like this tower, I just dont think it fits in with the rest of the skyline and it looks like a giant THERMUS.

That's a very cool building, but IMO One Liberty Place is Philly's best skyscraper. The new Comcast Center is also pretty impressive.

Style tho... i'd say Power and Light building..

I don't consider this a skyscraper, but the NY Life building is still one of my favorite to look at:

That would be my regional favorite (Exlcuding Chicago)

The P&L building is also pretty neat, but it needs some work. I stayed at the crown plaza a few weeks back on the 28th or so floor, and you can easily tell the parts of the building that are deteriorating.

Favorite building in my state (Nebraska) would have to be the First National Center...but what do I really have to choose from?
