I think that's kind of a retarded way of evaluating a skyline, just based on the number of +90M buildings. Aren't layout, architecture, and geological setting also important factors?
Very true, however this would be a good way to evaluate a skyline without adding a personal opinion.
I'm subtely joking about how weird these skyline rankings always are due to the infinite number of factors and personal preferences that can be factored in.
If you read what they're actually measuring, you'll understand why Boston is ranked ahead of Seattle.
I'm sure they do have a scientific measurement but that doesn't change the fact that Seattle's skyline is far more impressive than Boston's. Aesthetics are more important to me than a specific number of five-story buildings or whatever.

I agree. I think Seattle has one of the best skylines in the nation. I think the wording of the first post would be better if it was changed from "best" skylines to "largest" skylines.
Because as we both seem to agree, bigger doesn't necessarily mean better all the time.

I love Boston's skyline.. It looks great from many different angles. But I agree, Seatlle's is very impressive.
