Agreed...But Coastal OC. Balboa Island,Sea Shore Drive at the South End of the Peninsula..LOL that puts Jersey to shame within itself..

Micro Markets in OC are key..not talking the average house gypsy import from Cleveland that decided that now.Costa Mesa is the mecca

Actually I agree with Iamexican when it comes to some over inflated markets, but OC has some of the most prized properties in the US. that could be from that described prescription

Thats sounds like your opinion to me. Mine differs. The Jersey Shore is beautiful as well. Like I said I don't hate on SoCal and would choose it over most places, but not North Jersey. Personally wouldn't want to live on the peninsula but I love a place on it. I can't remember the name of it, but it feels like an old Vegas lounge on the inside and they serve Pickled Asparagus in their bloody mary's and have a BJs piza next door.

New Jersey is not even in the ball park when it comes to desire factor with Class A So Cal locations..it's not even close..
