It's also not the only tall building going up or scheduled shortly to do so.

Philadelphia, prior to 1985, lived under a kind of pact, to not build anything taller than Penn's hat on City Hall. Those days are over and I'm, personally, thrilled that they are.

yeah am not in love with the design either guess will see when its built I also think the FMC tower will actually have larger impact on the skyline at 300 feet shorter - these two are basically rising together riht now
