I'm pretty sure Baltimore and philly has more diversity than NYC. They may have more rowhouses because they have more people, but I don't think it can stand with Baltimore and philly when it comes to diversity.
Seriously? NYC has incredible diversity when it comes to housing stock, rowhouses included. Different neighborhoods and boroughs have their own unique style.

Many neighborhoods in Baltimore have different styles of rowhouses on the same block.

Don't even waste your time with that one. The poll results seem to be on point.
People who have not explored all the neighborhoods and wards of Philadelphia might come away thinking there is not as much architectural diversity as New York or Boston; but I would suggest Philly has as many if not more styles, including row-homes that were built from the 1700's through 2012, encompassing Colonial, Georgian, Federal, Greek Revival, Gothic Revival, Italianate, Dutch Colonial, French 2nd Empire (my house), Queen Anne Victorian, Eclectic Victorian, Flemish Revival, East Lake Carpenter, Beaux-Arts, American Arts & Crafts, Art Nouveau, Art Deco, Mid-Century Modern, etc. etc. etc.
According to Rowhouse Magazine Philadelphia has more row houses than any other city in North America, and the first true block of urban rowhouses, The Carstairs Block on Sansom Street is in Philadelphia.
Early 1900's Edwardian Neo-Classical homes in West Philly's 46th Street near Baltimore Avenue.
