Are we talking about the hood's architecture? or good neighborhood's architecture? or the whole city?

Hoods: DC wins by default, so great ****ty houses in the SE and NE lol Philly is okay too but DC held on to their houses.
Goods: Philly - Boston
Whole city: Philly wins by default

I'll throw this in, Row apartments: New York (I personally wouldn't want to live in that)

Baltimore and Philly's rowhomes are so similar. Baltimore even has rowhomes that resemble some you find in DC.
