WHICH OF THESE 2 CITIES HOLDS THE BEST PROMISE:SEATTLE,HOUSTON,DALLAS?Are they equal?or one better than the other overall.Ubanity, shopping, culture, economy, diversity ,globaly connected, and the future.
Houston is far ahead, but Seattle is very high tech so that i think will lead them to a better future. also global warming will make Houston too hot to live in XD

Seattle high tech? The center of the high tech, Silicon Valley is in the suburbs of San Francisco. Plus you're starting from third place with absolutely no possibility of getting ahead in becoming the top city in the region (L.A. and S.F. are Alpha and Beta global cities respectively and are in the economic powerhouse called California).
You'll have to think why L.A. and S.F. (and the State of California) attract so many movers and shakers in order to move at least on par (get on the GaWC list) and outsmart those cities in the competition of popularity--that's what Houston is doing. An example is that we both have undesirable weather; nothing can be done about that but other factors can be changed.

Seattle is already the top city in its region. When talking about regions do you include Miami and NYC in the same region simply because they are both on the east coast? If not, why are you including Seattle, LA and SF in the same "region" when we are not in the same region at all.
BTW, Seattle is a center for high tech...I know your opinion of Seattle is not very high and you seem to think that it is some sort of backwater city...but it is far from it.
