Easily Chicago. If this is really about the skylines than its not even close to a fair fight. Sydney has a tiny skyline. Its good for its size but it really is small. Chicago is so much more varied and Sydney Tower looks pretty bland.

Sydney's is not 'tiny' by any stretch. On the top 100 skylines ranking it was above such cities as Seattle, Houston, San Francisco and about on par with Philadelphia. In the US it is only really exceeded by NY and Chicago.
