Which city of the 3 are you Most likely to encounter ppl with "Big-city attitude"?
As in snarkiness, city-snobbiness/ elitist attitudes, unfriendliness, indifference, situations of impatience, etc.

I'm not sure, but I can tell you I don't experience "Minnesota Friendly" very often in the Minneapolis area.

I think all the regions are friendly areas, but if I had to guess, it would be Seattle.

Well, I live in Denver I can say without a doubt that people here are rude, impatient, self-absorbed and depending on what area your in can experience the snobbish /elitist "I'm better than you are" attitudes. If your looking for a friendly, laid back lifestyle don't plan on moving here!
