Milwaukee is a much larger city, and there are more job openings there than Rochester, and also Milwaukee is among the 25 largest cities in the country by population.

I don't know much about Rochester at all, but I would still have to say Milwaukee - there is a lot or momentum in Milwaukee that the recession has not halted.

Milwaukee's population is in the same league as Boston, El Paso, Baltimore, DC, Denver, Seattle, ;as Vegas and Louisville.

but the metro only has about 500,000 more than Rochester's. So, it's not like the difference is so much bigger than people think.
