Tier 1:
Miami
San Francisco
New York

Tier 2:
Los Angeles
Chicago

You should have left NYC out as well, because that's obviously the most, the debate should be between Chicago, Houston, San Francisco, and Miami.

I voted New York, but obviously it wouldn't rank after LA in being international and cosmopolitan; it would rank ahead of LA.
