San Francisco and Boston are examples of what is wrong with our country.
America is looking for answers. She's not looking for handouts. She's looking for a new direction; the world is looking for a light. That light can come from conservative America's great North Star; it can come from government like what we have here in Alaska and from the great wave of conservatives who swept office in 2010. Not San Francisco or Boston which are nothing but dying and failed liberal experiments.
God forbid America strays from the conservatism and carries on like Boston or San Francisco. She will cease to exist should that day ever arise.

Both San Francisco and Boston are much wealthier than average and do not rely on government handouts but pay more taxes than average.

The only thing I disagree with you on is medicine.
The only thing I disagree with you on is medicine.
Same. Boston is the cream of the crop in that area.
I think I might question the Economy choice too...while San Francisco's is larger, Boston's is considerably more healthy at this point in time (Unemployment: SF: 10.3%, Boston: 7.4%)
I was on the fence for medicine but decided by a string it was San Francisco.
Why? Boston is probably the world's top medical destination so why do you think SF is better?
