^ I am horrible at this kind've stuff, a picture like that could be anywhere in the country. You guys are good guessers. I really can only get the answer correct if its obvious like if the Empire State Building is in the picture or something.

It's all about the clues. I see the TD Banknorth sign, so I know it's gotta be in New England. And the tallest building looks like Worcester's tallest. Blue glass w/ a little slope on top of the roof.
