For some reason it looks like it can be in a big city rather than a small town. I get that impression from the surrounding areas, I'm thinking its in Pittsburgh or somewhere in Connecticut, but I could be really off base on this though. (I feel like I am at least)

Well guess I would say closer than Buffalo but not the Burgh and is not in CT

Philadelphia? This does not seem like its in a metro of anything less than 1.5 Million people.

I want to say Ottawa for some reason, but then again I've seen buildings in Manhattan with the style of the building in the background on the right side so idk.
