Weird I was going to say the same thing. When I was in the Guggenheim there were more beautiful women than I've ever seen in my life. They were mostly Europeans, no surprise.

Of the cities I went to I would say San Diego and Boston.

Miami/South Florida...LA is a not so close 2nd. NY has a large variety of woman but the AWE factor isn't as big as South Florida. Atlanta isn't far behind.

I voted Atlanta, because I've lived there, if you're definition of beautiful is more traditional.
I would think Dallas or Houston are high on this scale, because traditional is also big in those areas.
I think NY, LA, and Miami would make for broader definitions of what is considered beautiful.
THANK GOD Seattle and Portland aren't even one of the choices.

That would be least likely to impress me. Brown skin is tops, for me, so Miami, New York, Atlanta, and Houston would be tops.

Miami, LA, and San Diego (where is San Diego on this list?) would lead the nation, no other city is even damn close (don't even give me NYC or SF).

Picking between the 3 is like picking between a beamer or benz but I'm going to say San Diego because I go crazy for blondes and I never fell as hard for a girl as I did in San Diego (she ended up moving to LA so maybe I have to change my vote).

They were often tanned. Especially the Southern Europeans often look pretty similar to Latinas anyway. Not just their physical appearance but the way they carried themselves and dressed. The men too, Europeans seem to have more of a natural sense of style than Americans.
