Its essentially all the hot wealthier girls (and guys) from Latin American countries and the Caribbean that could afford to move to America. They all go to Miami creating the a heavenly feast of diversity.
This is such a dumb question and anecdotes are pointless in this case. You can go anywhere in the world and see hot people, or maybe not, because they are not outside all the time. And "beautiful" is already very subjective. The OP doesn't even state what s/he thinks qualifies as "beautiful". Just sayin'.
^ Lol, lets not get carried away, Socal is definitely a hot spot for hot women, but you can also find just as many in Miami and New York as well. IMO Socal and Sofla can go toe-to-toe with beautiful women, especially on the beaches.
Unlike those who haven't been to NYC, I can definitely attest that NYC has some absolutely beautiful women. I was almost breaking my neck from all what I saw when I was up there a few weeks back.
