I have a home for rent that's a ten minute walk to the train station. The ride to Grand Central is 25 minutes. 5 parkways are accessible within 200 yards. Large house , 10 foot ceiling, plaster walls, two of the bedrooms 15'15, third a little smaller, four bedroom on third floor. Lot's of storage space, stand up attic. More than enough storage, plus full basement and stand up attic. Detached garage, and room for four cars parking. Enclosed fence. Attic fan cuts air conditioning use drastically.
