Apartment in is located on the border of Morningside Heights/UWS. I'm in the low 100s. Really, the low 100s.
Pre-War building- elevator, large spacious rooms.
10 minute walk to Columbia University/Broadway
10 minute walk to Central Park
By train- 15 minutes to Columbus Circle, 20 minutes to midtown, 30 minutes downtown.
Nice, quiet, safe, tee-lined neighborhood.
The apartment has hardwood floors throughout.
Wifi, Very large galley kitchen- all mod cons, large living room/dining room combo. One bathroom- the bathroom has two medicine cabinets- one for the roommate.
The open bedroom is fully furnished with bed, dresser, nightstands, a/c, TV, desk, DVD player, two windows and two closets. It's a big room, approx 11 X 13. If you have your own furniture, mine can be moved out.
