Hi, I'm Tony. My wife, Astra and I are going to be in Fort Collins the last couple weeks of June and maybe a little in July. We are scouting and will possibly move there.
Does anyone want to visit Austin in that time period? I figured a house for house swap. We live in a 3 bedroom, 2 bath duplex with my wife's brother in the other unit. Anything you needed or questions about the city can be answered by your new neighbor!
We live near several bus lines as well as a commuter rail station. Just a bike ride from downtown! Live music, hike and bike trails, 6th street for those who need a good night life.
Let me know if you are interested and we can talk and see if this is plausible. I am happy to answer any questions about our house or Austin.
Oh yeah, this may be the most important thing to consider: we have a small fox terrier so we would be staying in your house with a dog. Well trained! You got a dog? No problem. We can watch your dog or you can take them to our house in Austin. We are game for both.

Is there anything we should do to sweeten the deal? Is there not enough time for people to get off work? Am I being to trusting/naive to think that this could actually happen?
Tell you what, if you read this thread and op NOT to take me up on my offer, tell me your reason. It can be as simple as "Not taking a vacation in June" or "Don't trust giving my house to strangers for a couple of weeks".
Maybe your answers will help me adjust my strategy or find a better way to make this happen.
