Because of having closed on our house in NJ and needing to get our oldest in school, we took on a short term three month rental in Holly Springs, despite the fact that it was needed only for 6 weeks. It looks like our house will be done soon and we will likely be ready to close the 1st or second week of August. The rental company has agreed to transfer the lease for the remaining term if they or we found a suitable candidate. It's a really nice place. 3 big bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, first floor, option to rent a garage, swimming pool, gym and tot lot. Please message me if you are interested. Thanks!
