Check the classifieds online for land in the Cheatham, Robertson, Rutherford, and Wilson County areas. There is typically stuff for lease in those counties. Hope this helps a little.

I have 10 acres in a very remote area Of Tennessee i am willing to sell. the Land is RAW and unrestricted.. No building but the electric and water lines are there to run lines to your land.. I have NOT run any lines to this land.. So if you bought my land your starting all fresh.. Nothing has been built on this land and the wild life are abundant. you can look it up on Google earth. @ 35*44'14.79"N by 88*10'21.17"W Long & n lat.
this land has rolling hills. could be cleared for farming or build a house and Hunt off the back porch.. NOT far from the Tennessee river. 12 miles south of exit 126 off of I- 40 10 miles North of Parsons,Tn I was going to build a log cabin but Finances thought other wise..
