Just reading this forum. I recently bought a home in New Castle as a retreat and love the area.
I also have another home in this same area which is for sale. It has updates throughout, updated kitchen, bathroom, new carpeting, on large flat parcel of land (1.87 acres) in a beautiful area. The homes in the area go for much more than my listing price of $169,900 and the listing price is not set in stone. Willing to offer owner financing or lease option for the right buyer.
There is tons of shopping, lots of restaurants, free recreational activities in the area for children which includes a pool that you can join for a reasonable price, an amish community minutes away to buy delicious fruits and vegetables, beautiful hand made furniture, and lots of quaint shops.
