I'm giddy with excitement. We waited until after the holidays to put the for sale sign out front, but our house is officially on the market. We're relocating to Denver to be closer to my family and we're just tired of the heat.
We'd like to be moved out of here before summer for obvious reasons, the sooner the better.. if anyone knows of someone looking to buy in the Gilbert area, we are paying a $1000 referral bonus upon close of escrow. We're also happy to pay 3% to buyer's agent. We're not listing with an agent right now because our neighborhood is pretty sought after, so most times houses don't even get a sign out front before a buyer pops up. If it doesn't move within 30 days we'll consider listing on the MLS.
