I am renting my condo at the Grosvenor Park II building located across the street from the Grosvenor Metro on the Red Line. It is a beautiful 2BR 1BA newly painted, parquet wood floors throughout, full kitchen, high ceilings, large windows, secure building, view of nature path and tennis courts, pool. I have loved living in my condo but have recently moved to a SFH. Rent is $1800/mo which includes all utilites and cable. One year lease or longer term preferred. First month free with 2 year lease agreement. 1/2 month security deposit required and additional non-refundable $150 move-in/move-out fee.
