We are currently selling our LakeFront home in Moscow/Hamlin area in Pennsylvania. As much as we love it we have out grown it and would like to purchase something closer to my dh work.

it is a 3 bedroom 1 bath ranch home on 1.58 acres. It has brand new windows , roof, and doors. It was central air that was just put in about 2 years ago. It is 1200 sq ft upstairs and 800 downstairs. The family room downstairs has brand new carpeting and propane freestanding stove. It also has a 1 car attached garage. We live in Jefferson Township and the lake has no dues. The lake is approx 10 acres and is spring feed. There are no gas motors allowed. Anyone interested just let me know. The price is $249,000.

Just want to let everyone know we've reduced the price to $244,000. You can see more pictures and information on Diana Nelson Real Estate | Scranton Real Estate | Poconos Real Estate | NEPA Real Estate . Do a search in the North Pocono school district for the price above.

I'm not interested, but from one NEPA resident to another I just wanted to wish you the best of luck! Please don't get discouraged. The Scranton MLS is FLOODED right now with far too many listings due to overzealous home builders, hence why it's been taking you so long to sell.

For others hedging about this ad, I will vouch for the fact that Jefferson Township is in a very nice area. It sits at a relatively high elevation with some beautiful countryside, yet it is also very convenient to the Scranton and Dickson City areas for all of your shopping, dining, and nightlife needs. The North Pocono School District is also very highly rated, and considering the growth rate of Jefferson Township in recent years your property values should continue to climb handily should you purchase this home.

Boy that is so nice of you to say that. Thank you for the encouragment. It's just really hard because it's a great house and i know someone with fall in love with it. It's a house and property that the pictures don't do it justice. But I know it's just the economy. Everyone is afraid.
