Id be interested in talking to anyone who has a 2/3 bedroom house for sale in the Destin/Niceville/Milton areas , especially for sale by Owner. MUST be in good shape and in a low crime neighborhood/town. Im retiring soon.

What is your price range? I have my personal homes for sale in Niceville ($300k) and in Fort Walton Beach fl ($200k).
