We have a beautiful home on the side of a mountain for sale or rent. It is located between Otto and Hillboro. Plenty of room for the fmaily. It is on 5 plus fenced acres with 3 barns. The home is 4 bedroom, 2 bath. The downstairs was redone about 2 years ago with new hardwood floors and carpet. The kitchen is new with new cabinets and appliances. The house sits on the side of a hill overlooking the barns below. One of the barns has 3 horsestalls and a chickencoop. The other barn has a concrete floor with alarm and a half bath. The 3rd barn is a pole barn. The pasture has a retaining pone and is completely fenced in with an electric lighted gate. We love the house but had to move due to job relocation.

My husband and I are equine professionals and are looking for a farm to lease (possible lease to purchase option). My husband is a professional farrier and I am a trainer. Can you please send more information on your property, and availability. If your farm is sold/leased could you still reply to let us know, so I know I need to continue my search of property in this area.
