My daughter will be leaving MTSU after Fall 2008 semester. I need to sublease her bedroom in a 2 bedroom/2 bath apt at Campus Crosssings across the street from the MTSU Campus. Apartment has fully furnished kitchen and living room. Also contains washer and dryer in apt. Has small balcony. Rent is $505 per month which includes wireless internet and cable. $60 utilities allowance is also included in the rent. Lease is from January - July 2009. Campus Crossings is across the street from MTSU. You can walk to class (about 15 minutes) or bike. The MTSU shuttle also has a stop at Campus Crossings if you prefer to ride.
