Anyone Moving to Tahlequah / Cherokee County / Tenkiller Lake?

We bought a charming home there a couple years ago. It sits on twenty acres and is close to both the river and the lake. But we can't get our kids out to the country. We've made city folks of them, I guess. Anyway, we're selling our wonderful little get-a-way home. Whoever buys it will be lucky. I really love it out there, and Tenkiller Lake is awesome!

I made a little video of the area and the property, and I'm posting it here so anyone who may be shopping in that directions will see it.

Video way, way too long to keep my interest

FIRST I want photos of the inside.
Then I want hard data, not a sales pitch: PRICE, sq. ft of various buildings. Taxes. Heat and cool costs.

Something that ticks me off more than anything else with a home for sale is when they never give a price. That's usually the end of my interest.
