The roads are paved from Hilo most of the way to the lot, and gravel road for the last bit. Private, and will only be going more upscale as the area is being "discovered".

I know it's rough to buy property sight-unseen. Odds are, though, that this deal will go to someone who does. These lots are in native forest, and definitely will take some work to be made into a farm or estate. But hey, then you and your family will have a 3-acre estate in Hawaii forever. Cool.
P.S. This property is for sale by owner. We are fine selling through a realtor, however that would raise the price a bit.
