Need owner financing, loan amortized over 30 years with balloon in 5 years, have substantial down payment. Can afford payment up to about $1200 a month including taxes & insurance, so we're probably in the $100,00 to $125,000 range.
Looking for a house/doublewide on at least 5 fenced acres zoned A1, somewhere between Spring Hill, FL, as far south as Sarasota and within an hour's drive of a beach. Inground pool a plus, but not required. I have my own appliances.
Will consider a house with a pool on a LARGE lot (at least 1/2 acre) under $75,000. No homeowner's associations at all. I don't care if my neighbor has a junk car as long as he doesn't complain about my Farmall tractor.
Realtors, a foreclosure needing work is fine, but will need hard money or investor financing for at least 2 years.
