We are looking to downsize home, We have a LARGE home located about 4 miles from the Tennessee River in Decatur Co. Very nice rural area, but not to far out from shopping etc.
Jackson - has everything 50 miles
Nashville - 90 miles
Savannah, Lexington - 10-20 miles, walmart-lowes, kroger, walgreens
All city uitilities, elementary school 1 mile, high school 1 mile, New college opening within 1 yr, 5 miles
House is on 6 acres of land mostly cleared, 3 blocks from courthouse, 4,980 sq. ft. Brick home, with nice and used often above ground pool, apple tree, chestnut trees, New siding, New deck, New windows (part of the house). 2 car garage, 1/2 basement , living room over 900 sq. ft, 1 upstairs bedroom, over 900 sq. ft.
