20 acres surrounded by National Forest, big, 30 mile views of backsides of Stratton & Mt. Snow ski areas. Borders VAST snowmobile trail system. 110+ yr. old farmhouse, gutted in 1995 and has had a lot of upgrades such as a new steel roof, fiberglass insulation, wiring, plumbing and a new 200 amp. service.
