I am from central pennsylvania and have a job lined up at Eaton Controls and was wondering if anyone knew of anyplace that was quiet and safe where maybe I could rent a house cheap. I am starting out at $32,000 a year, so I don't have a lot of money for rent and stuff. I didn't know if maybe there was something up around North Olmstead that was affordable or if someone had any other idea's. Thanks - Steve Austin..

Give Mentor on the Lake a look. It's very small and very safe. It's less than a half hour drive into the city of Cleveland. Located just east of Cleveland. Wonderful community

I would look into Old Brooklyn, West Park, Fairview Park, Parma, and Lakewood. You probably want to stay somewhere on the west side considering you are working in North Olmsted.

Lakewood, Rocky River, or Westlake. Lakewood would be in a busier area.

Yeah, so wonderful that they bully students to death while the teachers and principals choose to look the otherway and then destroy evidence when lawsuits are brought before them. Mentor has such wonderful students that the bullys go to the funeral of the student they drove to suicide just so they can laugh at her as she lays in her coffin. Yeah, great town to be wiped off the face of the earth.

1 Ohio school, 4 bullied teens dead by own hand - Yahoo! News (http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/us_bullying_one_town - broken link)
This is the part of the article that still makes me angry. If this had been my relative, then those girls would be in the hospital for a long time.

Suzana Vidovic found her sister's body hanging over the front lawn. The family watched, she said, as the girls who had tormented Sladjana for months walked up to the casket -- and laughed.
"They were laughing at the way she looked," Suzana says, crying. "Even though she died."

North Ridgeville was voted one of the best burg deals in the US. It's about 7 minutes from North Olmsted, cheaper housing. More of a country feel, safe, good schools, nice people.
