776? I had no idea the population of Hunting Valley was so high. I had it pegged at around 150 or so.

An interesting tidbit is that I believe that a huge chunk (probably over 85%) of all of the city's professional athletes live in the western suburbs. I don't know if this is a more recent trend, but that would certainly tilt the balance of the area's wealthiest residents a bit.

Not sure, but he did have a place in Southington, which is a rural area close to Youngstown.

Someone else had bought it several years ago (i believe it was the producer of Billy Blanks videos), but i don't think he ever did anything with the property.

I completely disagree with the East Side being more racially diverse than the West. East is mostly black and white with a few asians, the west has plenty of African-Americans, whites, hispanics (all types), middle easterners, Indians (from india), Africans, and asians. East siders will even tell you this. You also see ALOT more mixed children and people on the west side.

Both sides have crime heavy areas but all-in-all the East side is more dangerous and dilapidated. But for some reason I always felt like the east had more of a "big city feel to it" while the west feels more slow paced to me.

I think their is also a slight personality between East Siders and West Siders. Its not THAT big a difference and of course you cant generalize everyone

Just a few days ago, a Facebook friend of mine who still lives in the Cleveland area posted about shopping at the Costco in Mayfield Heights and finding the shoppers to be "rude and pushy" compared to the Costco in Avon. His pondering question: "Is the Cuyahoga River the point at which the East Coast ends and the Midwest begins?"

My mom used to say that the East Side is like a big city, whereas the West Side is more like a small town. She was right, IMO. There is more "big city attitude" to be found on the East Side.
