It's good to be optimistic but I also believe in being real. I don't see how you can see positive signs in the population map on this link, yes there is a little growth in some small areas around downtown but most cities across the country gained population in their downtown area in the last 10 years, heck my town gained 10,000 people since last census. The map screams out a big sucking sound....
