Is this place still there? Did anyone else go there on teen night in the 1980's (was it Sunday nights?)? I had a great time at that place at age 16 and 17!

I was never allowed to go there but alot of my friends did. I'm not sure if it is still there or not.

Closed in March 2007, Sunday nights & if there was no school on monday. When it closed a piece of me was lost. Greg

That's too bad about the Cosmo closing. I have a lot of great memories from there. I remember being 16 years old (1986) and very nervous about going because I did not know how to dance - I just had to watch every one else to figure it out. I remember everyone along the top balcony type area doing the Morris Day and the Time dance whenever they would play a Prince song (Erotic City was a big hit there in those days!). I met alot of cute girls there back in the day!!

The Cos, that place changed my life forever, i had some memorable Sunday nights there. i've tried to find if theres a place like facebook where all the people that once went there to have some kind of a reunion of sort but not sure if that would happen, i joke around and tell my son how i use to dance there the whole night..............right in the middle of the dance floor, for me, it all started signing up for the " GONG SHOW" and if you won you'd win money or whatever else they'd give away!!!!, that night changed my life....................GOOD TIMES.....Jay
