Saw earlier on my msn.com news feed a Stacker story that listed the best Asian restaurants in Cleveland as ranked by tripadvisor.com.
Personally, I much prefer the yelp.com website for any "best" list as it provides a location map of rated restaurants for each page of the ratings. Almost all of the top Cleveland Asian restaurants are located on the east side of Cleveland proper in or near AsiaTown.

Interestingly, selecting page 4 or much greater is necessary to find rated Asian restaurants outside of Cleveland.
As a creature of habit, I mostly frequent Superior Pho (a Michael Symon favorite) and Li Wah in AsiaTown, so there are many, many Asian restaurants to explore if I ever desire to pursue a bucket list. Shuhei on Chagrin Blvd. (across from the Pavilion Mall) in Beachwood is a personal favorite for Japanese cuisine. Superior Pho is a dive with community tables, but great pho and a good banh mi sandwich.

Li Wah often is rated as having to best dim sum in Greater Cleveland (check for availability; weekends only?), but I never order it. I love their tofu dishes with vegetables and nuts.

Here's the tripadvisor.com best Asian restaurant list. Note that restaurateurs list a "Cleveland" address even when a restaurant is located outside of Cleveland proper in order that tripadvisor.com will consider a restaurant for a Greater Cleveland list such as this. It's a serious flaw in tripadvisor.com IMO that impairs tripadvisor.com for me.

Open Table ranks only restaurants that use its services. The list of Asian restaurants in Cleveland that use Open Table is very limited.

I think with Yelp, as with tripadvisor.com, searching by community or county provides the best results. A search of Lake County shows several four-star rated restaurants that didn't show up in the Cleveland ratings. Brennan's Fish House in Grand River is a personal favorite for fried perch (Perkins in Painesville on Fridays often (call and check, because not always on the menu outside of Lent) offers a fried perch dinner with two sides for $12.99, a "best buy.")

Balaton is closing in Shaker Square at the end of the year.
This is one of my favorite Restaurants on the East Side...sad news that they are closing soon but if they do reopen along 271, that's cool. I love their Paprikash and their Wiener Schnitzel.
