But these all close around 6p on Weekdays and Saturdays.

After hours, accessing restrooms inside the Corner Alley is pretty easy. Just ease in like you are heading back to the bowling alley section -- esp when there are parties and lots of activity, and then head to the back and down the stairs.

If you're stuck and desperate in the Flats East Bank, the Aloft Hotel is always available and the restroom is very clean.
The 5th Street Arcade requires a code from a vendor. Maybe they'll just tell you, but I'm sure they don't love non customers asking.

Metropolitan at the 9 Hotel (9th and Euclid). Restrooms ground/ lobby level if you skirt to the right of the checkin desk. Adega Restaurant is attached and the patrons also use them, so you can be fairly inconspicuous. Not sure if the front doors convert to key access at some point late at night.

Yeah, you're right. My approach to such places? once you get the code, put it in your phone for future use. It's not like these places change it very often, if at all... For years, I would sneak into the Rebol restroom after we'd dined there shortly after it opened in 2016. I have since forgotten it; don't need it, really, with the casino across the street.
