I'm looking for this comparison, broken down into specifics. So far, I haven't found much. However, from word of mouth, I've heard things like Water and Sewer are much higher in Cuyahoga County, than they are in Lorain County, for example.

Apparently, lots of "Clevelanders" have relocated, at least in part, motivated by things like that. So, even with the extra cost of commuting, they found it, fiscally reasonable

Cuyahoga County should seriously lower their taxes. We all know thats easier said than done though.

I bet if they had the same rates as the surrounding counties you wouldnt see near the amount of population loss.

I'd like to find some kind of a table, with all the expenses broken down by county. So, people can "shop."

This generic cost of living thing seems to focus on the price of houses, which can be useful in a city search, but is basically useless when shopping counties or states.
