We were planning to make our first trip to Wilmington this weekend.
While checking out places to park, I saw that they are holding the 8th annual bluegrass festivaal this weekend. Is this good or bad?
Will the place be packed with no parking??
Will we be able to do the tourist things like downtown and the battleship or would we be better off to avoid this weekend??
We then thought about OBX but it looks like that are having a Windsail Festival. I have the same concerns as Wilmington....
Can anyone offer thoughts on either location?
We have a 4 year old so we don't want to get somewhere and not be able to enjoy.
