Apartments In Wilmington (Carolina Beach: townhouse, school district, beach)

I am being relocated to Wilmington for my job. I need to find an apartment in the next 2 months. Can anybody recommend some apartments that are in the JT Hoggard High School district? I'm not looking for anything fancy, just somewhere relatively safe, 2-3 bedrooms for at most $700-$800 a month. The cheaper the better of course.

I'm not sure if its in Hoggards district, but Osprey Landing off of Carolina Beach Rd is pretty nice. They're townhouse style and right by greenfield lake. According to craigslist the two bedrooms are around $650 right now.
