Houses/Apartmets with Garages (Wilmington: apartments, rentals, moving)

As my job is moving me down to Wilmington, I am looking at getting a place(house/apartment) that has a garage. I looked at rent.com and craigslist.com with limited success. Is there a better website to look for houses/apartments for rent?

Realtor.com has rentals (mostly houses) with pictures. For apartments, I use apartmentguide.com and apartmentratings.com and hotpads.com . I don't think they allow you to select on "garage". I think your best bet is a house through Realtor.com .
