The Wilmington area has been home this summer to movie stars like Robert Downey Jr., Gwyneth Paltrow, Jennifer Aniston and Hilary Swank, part of a resurgence in the state's film industry that has helped boost the economy in the southeastern part of the state in particular.
We’re The Millers, which recently started filming in North Carolina, will spend most of the coming days on location in Wilmington.

Friday, August 3: 420 Market St (Carolina Apartments) and the Wilmington Convention Center (overnight)
Monday, Aug 6 – Tuesday, Aug 7: 200 N. Front Street (overnight)
Wednesday, Aug 8: 28 S. Front St (approx 6:00 pm to 2:00 am), Smith Alley (midnight to 7:00 am), and the 100 block of Princess
Thursday, Aug 9: 300 N. Front St
Friday, Aug 10: 201 N. Front Street and 221 N. Front Street (overnight)
Monday, Aug 13: 205 N. Front St (all day) and at N Front and Princess in the afternoon only.
The film stars Jennifer Aniston and Jason Sudeikis, who plays a pot dealer who creates a fake family to smuggle his product into the country.
