A careful reading of the link indicates this is about SEAL level rise. Nothing about climate or global warming or any of that.

It must be about seals, I guess they are making a comeback, even with the increase in great whites. Of course, to have a rise and decline in the same sentence might mean the Great Whites are taking our more, so ...oh I don't know, very poor syntax.

In the navy we had an expression, "Always read the Froms and the Tos" Good idea here, too.

Just checked in and what I thought would happen did. None of you post content, articles or data on the subject-Just smears and innuendo. And in true Anlisky fashion-en masse.
Another interesting article which highlights the thermal expansion aspect of sea level rise.

Next topic-It isn't rising, it's sinking!

Sure we did. The subject is "Hey, look, Bill Hitchcock started another politcally-motivated thread... and this time he's promoting his own political blog."

That political blog also just happens to have numerous advertisements for his real estate business. Looks like a cheap way of getting around CD's TOS.

Sea level rise-It's a science thing! It doesn't belong in the coastal forum!
Sea level rise-It's a political thing! It doesn't belong in the coastal forum!

Sea level rise is a coastal thing with North Carolina right smack dab in what is called a "Hot Spot".

Sea Levels Rising Fast on U.S. East Coast

God Lord I hope sea level rise is a coastal thing! If not Raleigh has a bigger problem than I thought!
